Pawna Stay Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by the Customer:

    • 7+ Days Before Check-In: Full refund minus a ₹100 processing fee.
    • 3-6 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Less Than 3 Days Before Check-In: No refund.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before check-in, subject to availability.
    • A ₹200 rescheduling fee per booking will apply.

  • Cancellation by the Organizer:

    • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or government restrictions, customers can choose between:
      • Full refund.
      • Rescheduling to a later date without any additional fees.

  • No-Show Policy:

    • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
